The Advanced Apprenticeship in ICT Computing Technician is designed and structured for individuals working in a commercial ICT environment. You would work as a computer technician, supporting the hardware and software needs within an organisation. This qualification focuses on all aspects of a Computer Technician role including Data security, software installation, hardware maintenance and computer systems.
