Crystal Healing:
Crystal Healing can be a powerful therapy said to restore balance and harmony on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Join us for a very practical 'hands-on' day in which we explore a wide variety of crystals, learn about their properties and experience their energies. Learn simple techniques using crystals for relaxation, meditation, self healing and working with family and friends. Please bring a blanket, a cushion and lunch, and wear comfortable clothes. Some crystals will be available to purchase from the tutor.
