What will I learn?
If you want to work in a garage repairing, modifying, servicing or carrying out routine maintenance on cars and light commercial vehicles this is an excellent qualification that will help you achieve your aim. You will be customer facing and need to develop skills to allow you to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. You will gain excellent technical knowledge on all of the systems fitted to a modern vehicle.

What do I need to know?
4 x D grade GCSE including Maths, English and preferably Science and ICT. Alternatively a Level 1 Diploma in Light Vehicle Technology and Level 1 Functional Skills in English and Maths.
