Management Advanced Apprenticeship

This programme is based on the Institute of Leadership & Management Level 3 Diploma in Management and is designed for practising first line managers who have no formal training and team leaders who are seeking to move up to the next level of management. It is ideal for managers who have responsibility for a range of team activities and will develop the skills and confidence needed to manage a team effectively. This programme covers a broad range of topics, providing the opportunity to acquire knowledge and apply it in the work place.
