Unipart Group - Apprenticeship Training

Developing young talent is vital to the future success of Unipart for our current and future business. The Unipart Apprentice programme has developed some fantastic individuals who are now working across our business, in our own operations and with our clients in consultancy roles.

Unipart runs a three-year Leadership & Management Apprenticeship programme in our Logistics division. The programme is delivered through a combination of work based learning and on- the-job training and with the support of coaching and mentoring.

In the first year the apprentice will work towards completing an Intermediary Apprenticeship. Over this 12 month scheme the apprentice will work towards achieving a NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) at Level 2 and a BTEC technical certificate, as well as working in a variety of roles in the warehouse.

After successful completion of the Intermediary Apprenticeship the apprentice will then have the opportunity to progress to the next 12 month stage, called the Advanced Apprenticeship.
