RICS APC: Technical Preparation Course (Construction Pathways)
This one-day intensive technical training course prepares you for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) assessment of professional competence (APC). We will look at the APC mandatory and technical competencies, providing you an expert guidance in preparation for the RICS final assessment.
You can combine it with our Presentation and Interview Skills course to form a two-day course.
Suitability - Who should attend?
This course is suitable for those who undertake the RICS APC final assessment on building surveying, quantity surveying, facilities management, project management and other construction pathways. It is also for you if you already have a working experience in the subject area but would like to undertake formal training to refresh the theoretical knowledge and enhance your skills.
The programme counts for 7.5 hours of formal continuing professional development, so it will contribute to your APC mandatory CPD training hours.

The course will provide technical, professional and practical outlooks on range of disciplines, associated with construction industry.
