Course description

Pilates method is suitable for all ages and abilities providing an energising workout.
Pilates will develop your body awareness and correct breathing technique whilst improving tone, increasing strength and flexibility. We will do simple exercises to improve posture and alignment, balance and relaxation.
Pilates focuses on correct breathing and strengthens the deep core stabilising muscles of the lower back and abdomen. Pilates exercises are low impact and work to balance the body through slow controlled exercises that work on quality not quantity.
Concessionary rates apply to people aged over 65 and to those on means tested benefits (MTB): Universal Credit, ESA, Income Support, Housing and / or Council Tax benefit, Working Tax Credit (below £16,009.50 income) and Pension Credits. Up to date proof of concessions is required or the full rate will be charged (proof must be shown and full payment made when you book your course). We have a middle rate for residents from some areas in the brochure#5# please enquire when booking.
