What will I learn?
On this apprenticeship you will be overseeing a team, with responsibilities including: running training sessions and managing company documentation, running shifts, reviewing staff performance and rotas and managing your own development plan. This course covers: Understand how the use of technology can enhance customer service; Recognise and understand legislative responsibilities relating to the business; Recognise customer profiles in hospitality; The importance of receiving and dealing with customer feedback; Personal discipline in approach to work; Support the supervision of team members.
