We are Westminster City Council’s adult education service and the largest local authority adult education service in London, but we are proud to offer our courses to learners across England through online and Distance Learning.

The Service is well-known for inclusive, high quality adult education programes in art, vocational, work-based curriculum, basic skills, community and family learning. Our vision is to transform our learners’ lives through inclusive, inspirational lifelong learning and our mission is to provide learning pathways that enable all learners to achieve their career aspirations and fulfil their potential.

We provide life-changing learning opportunities for our learners through our qualification courses, apprenticeship programes and extensive community-based provision, and we work to adapt to the changing needs of our communities – resulting in a dynamic atmosphere where ambition, diversity and creativity are celebrated.
