Worthlearning developed an award-winning ‘Manager as Coach’ programme back in 2001 and have spent over 14 years learning what managers and leaders actually need and honing their training programmes and coaching sessions to meet those specific needs.

In 2002 they developed the highly acclaimed OSCAR Coaching Model and in 2004 won a National Training Award for their leadership and coaching programme using the OSCAR methodology.
