Hi there,

there are a number of reputable institutions offering diplomas in oil & gas, both long- and short-term.

We are not really so big in the long-term or degree-length type programmes (try our sister site educations.com for those), but in terms of professional diplomas you can definitely find some in our oil & gas category.

In terms of rankings, it is always a bit difficult to get a clear, objective picture of who is best. Also because different people may respond differently to the same programme based on their learning style & interests. For example, if you are someone who is very interested in the practical but you choose a course that is very theory-based, you may not respond very well to it. But that doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad course, it just means that it wasn't right for you.

A great idea is to read reviews and, if you can, to contact someone who has previously been on a programme that you are interested in to get a first-hand account of their experience. If you are interested in any of the courses you find on our site, we can certainly help you get that information from the training companies.
