we at Findcourses.co.uk do not personally offer any funding for training, and this is primarily because we do not deliver training ourselves - what we do is list a range of different training providers in all categories and help users compare the options and find the right course for their needs.

The issue of funding will thus vary from company to company and course to course. If you are looking, for example, to complete a vocational qualification accredited in the UK's Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), it is likely that there will be some sort of funding available to you, if you meet certain conditions.
If, on the other hand, you are opting for a short 1- or 2-day programme, this is less likely to be the case - although on some (albeit rare) occasions, you may be able to benefit from funding of a different sort. For example, at present the Yorkshire and the Humber region has a dedicated Skills Enhancement Fund that is co-financed by the Skills Funding Agency, helping employers and employees get funded access to a range of different qualifications and skills training they need.

These initiatives crop up, change and are replaced all the time, so the best thing to do is always to contact the individual training companies that you are interested in to ensure you get the most up-to-date information. It is also worth bearing in mind that many providers, particularly those offering distance learning and online courses, often give you the option of paying in instalments rather than paying the full amount for the course in one go. This may not help in all cases, but in others it is a good way of reducing the "burden" of having to pay the course costs without taking out a loan out a loan or relying on your eligibility for funding.
