Here are a few facts about how the website works in general.

• Training providers find us in different ways: some of them come directly to us and ask to be featured in our search engines, others get referred to us by other training providers already listed on Findcourses.co.uk. On our side, we also approach training providers working in areas that we know are in high demand from our users to see if they are interested in featuring their courses on our site.
• We operate in the professional development market, and thus strive to work exclusively with providers offering this kind of training. In principle, we do not reject any training company in this area unless we find that they are unclear about their offering or unreliable in terms of handling requests from users.
  We also do not work with any company that we have reason to suspect of fraudulent or unethical behaviour of any kind.
• Users who fill out the Request Information form on the site are contacting the training company in question directly. Findcourses.co.uk is not involved in this process as we have no way of verifying availability, nor of providing any additional information with respect to what is already displayed on the course page.
• Filling out the Request Infromation form is an obligation free service that does not in any way oblige users to the enrol and/or pay for the course in question.
• Users who contact for Findcourses.co.uk for advice will receive course suggestions based on their requirements. These will be based on the information provided in the original enquiry and may be forwarded to relevant training companies in order to provide the user with more information. Again, this does not involve any sort of obligation.
