IOSH Working Safely
IOSH Working Safely is an essential short course for employees of organisations in any industry sector who need a grounding in health and safety.
This international safety certificate provides an awareness of general workplace hazards. It focuses on why health and safety are essential to the well-being of individual workers and those around them. It is recognised as an equivalent to a Level 1 Award in health and safety in a construction environment and is widely accessible.
The IOSH Working Safely course is a perfect first step into the world of health and safety. The course introduces you to a foundational understanding of core health and safety topics in the workplace.

Training Course Content
Introducing Working Safely
This unit will intergrate learners on to the course by introducing the core principles of working safely.
Defining Hazard and Risk
M2 will focus on the understanding different hazards and risks. It introduces learners to the most common risks in the workplace and how to group and define them.
Identifying Common Hazards
This unit provides learners with the knowledge required to identify all workplace risks to help protect workplace safety. Unit M3 introduces learners to the philosophies to find and label any potential hazard in their workplace.
Improving Safety Performance
This unit covers a comprehensive area in how to improve safety in your workplace.
