On occasions, we can feel overwhelmed by the volume of information we are expected to deal with and remember. It can come at us in many forms, varying from traditional print to electronic messages and documents, and the army of people we meet during our professional lives.
This course provides a series of techniques to double our reading speed and increase our ability to recall key facts, data, faces and names.

Participants will be able to:
- Apply a series of speed-reading techniques to any material they need to read and understand
- Increase their reading speed by between 50% - 150% without compromising understanding
- Use mind-maps to organise information and assist recall
- Use a range of memory enhancement techniques to remember names and faces
- Utilise pegging systems to recall lists of information and facts easily and at will
- Increase their ability to deliver a presentation, raise key points in a meeting and show an interest in others without needing to refer to notes

Expenses
The cost of this in-house course is £1,200 (+VAT and travel expenses) for up to twelve people. BiteSize Learning courses are discounted if two are delivered in one day, from £1,200 for a single course to £2,160 for two courses in one day.
