Course description
Financial Services Customer Adviser Apprenticeship
Within a regulatory framework, Financial Services Customer Advisers will demonstrate exemplary communication and problem solving skills. While helping Financial Services customers, you will be responsible for various tasks and query correspondence through a range of media such as phone, internet or face-to-face dialogue.
As a Financial Services Customer Adviser you will typically work for a financial organisation, serving customers in the branch, by phone, online or through an operations centre. You will work with the public as part of a team: listening, understanding, advising and supporting customers with their varied enquiries.
Through this programme you will develop the attributes you need to excel at customer care and master the day-to-day transactions you will be managing. By introducing your new skills and knowledge while you learn you will be able to see how your skills relate to your work in context.
