Suitability - Who should attend?
This qualification is ideal if you are:
- A manager who needs to coach and mentor staff as a part of your day-to-day role.
- Moving into a role where you’ll be responsible for staff development.
- Starting a career as a freelance coach or mentor.
Training Course Content
You will study these two mandatory units:
- Understanding the skills, principles and practice of effective management coaching and mentoring so that you can understand the role and contribution of coaching and mentoring and build a business case.
- Reviewing your ability as a management coach or mentor, giving you the ability to critically review your personal skills, qualities and competence.
- A third unit asks you to demonstrate your ability to plan, deliver and review at least 12 hours of coaching and mentoring.
Course delivery details
Professional Delivery
Professional comes as close as possible to the experience of studying in college. You will be placed in a group of students and a tutor will deliver webinars in an online classroom with structured feedback and discussion. You will get a timetable showing exactly when you will be studying. Student Care is also available if you need it.
Immersive Delivery
One-to-one, private tuition with maximum flexibility and support. You can start in your own time and, within reason, you can access as much time and attention as you require.
