Advanced Contracts Law
This course is designed as the follow on from our popular contract law or drafting and negotiating courses which have run throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa for more than three years. The course is designed to strengthen participant's knowledge of contractual provisions such as indemnity, warranty and limitation of liability.
The participants draft and negotiate on the provisions using a detailed precedent contract. We review breach of contract and analyze breach of performance provisions such as liquidated damages, service credits and service level agreements
