Course description

Live Online • Feedback Training • 1-Day Course

Feedback is an essential component of personal and professional growth. It provides valuable information that helps individuals understand how well they are progressing towards their goals. Feedback can be categorised into two types: positive and negative. While positive feedback is generally well-received, negative feedback can be challenging for most people to accept. Often, this difficulty is exacerbated by the way managers deliver negative feedback, which can come across as clumsy or poorly worded, making it sound more like a reprimand, or an insult.

To ensure that feedback serves its purpose as valuable information, managers must learn to communicate it effectively. This course is designed to equip managers with the skills and techniques necessary to provide feedback in a constructive and considerate manner. By learning how to deliver feedback thoughtfully and professionally, managers can foster a more positive and productive work environment, where individuals are more likely to embrace feedback as a means of personal and professional development.

Corporate Coach Group is CPD accredited. This course qualifies for six CPD training hours, plus additional independent post-course learning.
