The IOM Level 5 Diploma in Operations Management is an advanced level course suitable for managers with roles that influence operations and production.
Assessment & Qualification
Four of the units are assessed via a 3000 word written assignment, the other four via a three-hour written examination (each). A 5000 word "final project" is also required.
Successful candidates will be awarded the IOM Level 5 Diploma in Operations Management.
