Japanese Beginners Level 3

This course is suitable for people who have attended Japanese classes for 2 terms or for those who want to improve their basic skills in Japanese. The aim of the course is to develop your confidence and ability to communicate effectively in authentic situations such as social occasions, towns and shops. The focus is on conversation, i.e. listening and speaking. Basic kanji will be introduced so that students can understand simple writing in Japanese. Hand-outs will be provided by the tutor. By the end of the course you will have been given the opportunity to: talk about giving and receiving gifts; describe things and people; express your thoughts about an experience; talk about events; invite someone / be invited to an event; make plans with someone; offer to help someone / accept or reject someone’s offer; give a reason for offering someone something, inviting someone to do something,Or refusing someone’s invitation.
