Course description
Coaching and Mentoring Level 5 (Part-Time)
There are three mandatory units in this qualification. Within the final unit, there is a requirement to undertake 100 hours of coaching and mentoring with multiple clients and there is an added focus on using supervision and reflective review to develop individual practice.
Support for learning is provided from one of our dedicated professional tutors and there is a wide variety of learning available.

Suitability - Who should attend?
This qualification is designed for managers with significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring as part of their day-to-day role. It is also designed to develop candidates planning to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach or mentor.
Entry requirements:
You should already have experience of coaching within an organisation. You will need to be able to undertake the coaching requirement for the qualification.
Training Course Content
- Understanding the skills, principles and practice of effective management coaching and mentoring
- Understanding management coaching or mentoring in the workplace
- Undertaking an extended period of management coaching or mentoring in the workplace
- Reviewing own ability as a management coach or mentor
