Course description

This introductory level virtual classroom seminar will ensure you understand the fundamental legal concepts underpinning contractual arrangements, including the key elements involved in how to form a binding contract, together with practical points to assist on a day to day basis.


Presented by leading trainer Jackie Sheldon, the session will explore what a contract is (including privity of contract), some basic terminology, and key elements such as offer and acceptance. Common queries and things to consider will also be discussed, including ‘subject to contract’, pre-contractual documentation, form of the contract, and much more.
