Bootcamp: HIIT
HIIT, standing for high-intensity interval training, is a form of cardiovascular exercise using short periods of intense anaerobic exercise.
This course is ideally suited for those wanting to improve their physical fitness and get some creative ideas for their own bootcamp circuits. This course is not for the faint hearted and you need a reasonable level of fitness to take part.
