Developing Yourself and Others provides an insight into how best practice organisations identify the development needs of both individuals and teams, and how best to implement a range of learning methods to best fit a persons learning style.

This Module has been designed to support practicing or potential first line managers/supervisors who are responsible for their own development and that of others in their team. Completing this will provide 2 Credits towards the ilm Level 3 Qualification in Leadership and Management.

ilm Accreditation and Certification (Optional)
Delegates have the option for an additional fee of £259 per person to achieve ilm Level 3 Unit Qualification. This includes ilm Registration, Membership, Tutorial Support and Certification.
