Introduction To Pharmacokinetics For The Non-Specialist - 2-day Course by PTI
Designing clinical trials or preparing a drug submission dossier requires a clear understanding of pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD). This two-day course is designed to fill the knowledge gap present throughout biotech and pharmaceutical industries and integrate PK/PD knowledge into the development process.
The first part of this course is designed to introduce participants to the driving concepts and methodologies behind PK/PD studies. In the second day of this course participants will examine the impact and importance of PK/PD studies on a number of drug development phases. Delegates will cover effective approaches for utilizing data, as well as go/no go decision and designing later stage clinical trials protocols.
