This short course is designed to introduce participants to the essential skills required for effective team management. The course defines the management function and outlines the desired characteristics and behaviours of effective business managers. It then& introduces the skills and methods participants can use immediately to assess their team members abilities and motivation, and the& tools to manage them effectively.
The objective of the course is to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the management function and tools to use immediately and effectively.
