Course description

Cable Laying and Winching has the potential to cause many serious incidents.  These incidents can have many consequences, such as manual handling injuries (i.e. sprains, strains and hernias), Entrapment & Entanglement in the rope, winch bond or capstan, slips, trips and falls, crushing injuries from machinery and damage to equipment and materials.

Quinn’s Training Services have created a bespoke course which can be tailored to the needs and requirements of the company.  It can be delivered as an in-house course or as a EUSR approved endorsed training programme registered with EUSR and added to the candidate's EUSR Card. It provides management and operatives with the essential training needed to install and lay cables in a safe and competent manner, assisting with preventing serious incidents and injury and protecting the built asset.
