Training Course Content
A training session preparation cycle will be completed starting with the identification of training needs and the establishment of objectives starting from the training needs.
The planning part will continue with the selection of instructional methods and the selection of instructional contents, ending with the drafting of the learning design (lesson plan).
Techniques for structuring learning content will be addressed and content will be created on different training topics. After the creation of the contents, they will correlate with the learning objectives, with the assessment methods and descriptors.
After the creation of the course prototype that includes the content and learning methods, it will be tested from the point of view of correspondence with reality. The originality of the content will also be checked from the point of view of intellectual property.
Finally, course materials, course design, worksheets and assessment tools will be created.
