Course description
Preparing for an Export Control Audit
As part of their responsibilities, the UK Exporter (the Licensee) can expect regular audits from the ECJU. The licensee must be able to demonstrate that they are compliant in respect of the licences they hold and are registered in their name. This new course provides a detailed review of the requirements and considerations to best prepare businesses for the auditor’s visit as well as forming the basis of carrying out ongoing self-audits. We also cover the impact of Brexit and the increased customs compliance brought about by the UK's departure from the EU. And we take a look at the rule changes on export controls.
