Nordic Walking for Beginners:
If you have a love of the outdoors, want to exercise, want some 'me' time, want to lose weight, want to improve your strength, health and well being, then Nordic Walking is for you! Join us Nordic Walking with poles in the Cornish countryside and see how they can give you an easy full body workout. Poles are provided but please bring a bottle of water, clothing to suit the weather and walking shoes or trainers. Students must attend the first lesson.
