Paying more attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you can improve your mental wellbeing.
Vita Health Group has developed a unique, unbiased and evidence-based 2-hour workshop to engage with mindfulness and develop healthy mental wellbeing practices.
The evidence that underpins mindfulness is explored, and participants become familiar with the rationale for mindfulness practice. participants are taught and have the opportunity to practice several different mindfulness techniques that can be used both at home and in the workplace.
