Mortgage Advisor Level 3
Due to changes in recent legislation, including the ‘Mortgage Market Review,’ the role of the Mortgage Adviser has become more technical. With increased regulatory requirements, there is an increase in demand for qualified practitioners in this sector. Businesses can get ahead of the curve by upskilling their staff to the industry standard.
This Mortgage Adviser Level 3 apprenticeship gives learners the ability to develop an understanding of their business, whilst also learning up to date practices, regulation, and legislation. Learners will gain essential skills and qualifications to support first time and experienced home buyers in a compliant and knowledgeable manner.

For employers
On completion of this apprenticeship, mortgage professionals will be compliant, qualified, and accredited to offer advice to the customer directly. This allows businesses to offer a tailored service to their customers, develop new clients and create a competitive advantage. The Mortgage adviser will be able to give customer insight on other products needed for an insurance, creating a pipeline for referrals within the business.
For learners
The skills and knowledge gained on this apprenticeship allows learners to become a qualified and accredited Mortgage Adviser. You will be able to identify and satisfy customer mortgage requirements and associated protection needs, through fully compliant and regulated meetings. In addition, you will be able to give advice on the appropriate mortgage products, such as life assurance, critical illness, and income protection.
