Gestalt has a clear explanation and skillset, that allows you to maximise this ‘Use of Self’ process, to effect change. In this free Lunch & Learn session, expert Gestalt Coach and Practitioner, John Leary-Joyce, will briefly explain the theory and skills, then demonstrate it in practice.
