The role of the systemic team coach when systems are in overwhelm webinar

Overwhelm is something that characterises our world and many, if not all, of the systems we operate in. Indeed, we might observe that many of those systems seem to be in that state permanently and many might even be said to be broken. We hear that word more and more. What does that mean for the work of coaches, team coaches and OD practitioners. Do we continue to do the same work, underpinned by worldviews and beliefs that served us in the past?
