Our Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care free online course will support those who are new to the sector or anyone who would like to work within adult health and social care. You will learn the role of a social care worker, concepts of caring, communication, personal development, equality, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding, and the person-centred approach. As the need for adult social care continues to rise, it is important to have up to date support and guidance to allow the best care for adults.
