Course description
This is for people who are working in the early years sector including; day nurseries, playgroups, nursery schools, pre-schools, kindergartens, primary schools, hospitals, social care settings, out of school environments and local authority provision.
A Manager will oversee the staff team and how they work directly with children and young people they lead the service and are in a management role. They consistently work and have meetings with other professionals. They lead the quality and development of the setting.
You must be employed in one of the above settings to do this course.

To become an apprentice, you must:
- be 16 or over
- not already be in full-time education
- live in England
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you’re upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
