This course is suitable for students with practical hands on experience in business. The course covers units in a range of subjects including finance for business, promoting a brand, sales and personal selling in business, providing business support, recruitment, selection and employment, principles of customer service and business enterprise. Work experience is carried out in a retail setting and is a mandatory part of the course.
