Introduction to NLP
This NLP training course is designed to introduce participants to the excellence principles and techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and how they can be applied in a business context.

- 10:00 - 10:45 Presuppositions of NLP (The excellence beliefs upon which it is based and how to adopt them)
- 10:45 - 11:15 The NLP Model of Communication and Personality (What makes everyone different and unique, and how to build a bridge across into their unique model of the world)
- 11:15 - 12:00 Rapport (What is it and how the 3 components of NLP communication can be utilised to build rapport rapidly and effectively, face to face, over the telephone and in writing)
- 12:00 - 12:45 VHF Channels of Communication (How to tune into someone else's wavelength and what eye movements really mean)
- 12:45 - 13:00 The Unstoppable Combination (What is it and how does it take the hit and miss out of goal achievement?)
- 13:00 - 14:00 Lunch
- 14:00 - 14:45 Unstoppable NLP Combination 1st element - Values (What are values and how to elicit them)
- 14:45 - 15:15 2nd element - Beliefs (Recognising limiting beliefs and replacing them with new, empowering ones)
- 15:15 - 15:45 3rd element - Goals (Using the Well Formed Outcome questionnaire to set goals)
- 15:45 - 16:15 State Control (How to access NLP inner resources such as confidence just by pressing a thumb and finger together)
