Course description

The University of Nottingham

This course is aimed at recent graduates or mixed practitioners wishing to improve their clinical approach to commonly encountered medical conditions in horses.

It will focus on diagnostic evaluation and treatment of individuals and address approaches to herd based problems. A practical session on how obtain the best skin biopsies, liver biopsies and rectal biopsies and scope a guttural pouch is included.

The course structure is 60% teaching, 40% Practical
