Leadership training for your first line, middle and executive managers - Modular training workshops
This CPD accredited leadership workshop series can be delivered in-house or on-line for managers and combines the best in engaging and effective Experiential Learning and blended-learning activities to develop leadership techniques and achieve results through others.
Today's managers face a challenging role where they are expected to build high performance teams while simultaneously working towards set KPI goals, delivering team and organisational breakthrough thinking strategies and optimising the performance of LEAN and AGILE processes in their team or organisation. This course addresses the multifaceted role of a manager and uses Appreciative Inquiry techniques to ensure that delegates get the absolute most from this programme.
Depending on each group, this workshop can be delivered at three levels:
- Phase I - First Line, Team Leader, Supervisor Level
- Phase II - Middle Manager Level
- Phase III - The Emotionally Intelligent Leader - Middle / Senior and Executive
We also offer a CPD accredited, 90 minute, on-line, 1-to-1 coaching workshop of this course from £45 per session on Zoom or Teams.
Utilising state of the art software using Smart phone interactions in our online workshops we can guarantee complete delegate participation and motivation.

Alternatively, teams and organisations can opt for a bespoke training programme. For this, MTC will work around each team or organisation's specific development needs and design a programme to meet these expectations. Each delegate will be profiled online before the programme to identify their current status as an emotionally intelligent leader and development requirements.
Course delivery details
This workshop can be tailored for your specific requirements, and is suitable for all levels of leaders; from Aspiring Leaders and New Supervisors through to Senior and Executive Leaders and can be delivered online via Zoom or Teams or in 'face to face' classrooms.
Workshops start from 1-day online or classroom sessions to a series of individual topics and modules which create bespoke Leadership Learning and Development programmes.

Each of the three phases of this program are self-standing and can be booked together or individually. Each phase is 2 days in duration, delivered in-house and costs £1,650 per group of 12 participants.
