Hi Christine, thanks for you question. We understand your situation entirely, it is currently difficult to find Healthcare training courses. We are working with a number of key training providers and hope to have a wealthy variety of Health and Social courses available very soon. For the time being we recommend that you have a look at our guide to Health and Social Care training courses and in particular this Care Planning Training course which gives an overview of care provision and the regulations that care workers must be knowledgeable about. Yeah you are spot on there - it's very difficult, wish there were more people advertising on sites like this, would save me a whole load of time. Thanks for you suggestions though, i'll look into it, and if anything else comes up i'd love to hear about them! Christine
