Attend Getenergy VTEC Global 2014
The global oil and gas industry is changing, with the exponential growth of unconventional oil and gas production, more drilling within the arctic and challenging environments and the advancement of methods such as Enhanced Oil Recovery. There are also more countries producing oil and gas than ever before. These changes in industry require a competent local technical workforce.
VTEC is the only event to seek to overcome challenges of vocational education and technical training for the oil and gas industry globally. Partnerships between industry and education are essential for the development of industry relevant curricula, a skilled technical talent pool and to provide essential on-the-job learning and experience.
The World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics (WFCP) and Getenergy have partnered to develop opportunities for colleges and polytechnics globally, involved or looking to engage in skill development in the oil and gas sector to work with the industry. Our VTEC Series is the perfect event to expose colleges and polytechnics globally to oil and gas companies. For the full press release please click here
