Yoga: Different forms and courses

Different schools of yoga have different methods of yoga practices. The professionals looking to make a career in yoga instruction specialise in one of these and obtain a corresponding certification in such field. Some of the most common specialisations that people choose from are the following:

These yoga courses usually vary in duration. Some only last for a few months while others for two years before degree certificates are issued. These usually depend on one’s experience and pre-attained knowledge in yoga. In other words, there are different certifications for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners.
