Course description
This qualification offers a wide-ranging practical, knowledge and skills-based course suitable for those who have a strong interest in the business world and are looking for a practical work-related course. Topics include: accounting, marketing, human resources, and more. You will be able to progress on to the Extended Diploma on successful completion of this course.

All 16-19 year olds on full-time programmes will be required to retake GCSE English and Maths or to undertake Functional Skills, if they have not already attained the equivalent of a GCSE grade C in these subjects, every year of their course, until they complete their studies.

You will need five or more GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including English and Maths
Outcome / Qualification etc.
On completion of the full Extended Diploma in Business, students can progress on to a Business Degree, university course or professional qualification (all available at Guildford College), or you could progress on to work in finance, accounting, sales, marketing or human resources.
