At Anglia Ruskin University, we partner a great many private and public sector organisations, applying our knowledge and ability to help them grasp opportunities and take crucial steps to achievement and growth.  We have years of real and relevant industry expertise at the cutting edge of Science and Technology, Business, Education, Health, Arts, Law and Social Sciences.

Our Built Environment department within the Faculty of Science and Technology, is a large multidisciplinary unit with the most comprehensive Built Environment portfolio in the Easter Region.  Our courses reflect and predict industry requirements and are fully up to date through our close links with employers and professional bodies and, of course, by our highly experienced academic staff.

Over the past two years we have delivered over 200 planning learning events, the majority relevant to the sustainable communities' agenda.  Last year 88% of delegates rated the events good or excellent.  97% would recommend them to colleagues.

Recent clients include the Essex Planning Officer's Association (EPOA), Essex Councils, Thames Gateway South Essex Partnership (TGSEP), Norfolk and Suffolk Councils and Cambridgeshire Horizons.
