CQI IRCA Certified ISO 9001 Foundation ONLINE Course - Quality Assurance and Auditing
In this highly interactive online course, delegates will be equipped with a thorough knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001 and the fundamentals of a quality management system.
The course will pass on a strong foundation in the following areas:
- Quality management systems
- Quality management principles
- The ISO 9000 family of standards – ISO 9000, ISO 9001 & ISO 9004
- Quality terminology
- Interpreting the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard
- Plan, Do, Check, Act Cycle – PDCA
- The Process Approach
- Continual Improvement
What is the format of the ONLINE course?
The course takes approx. 5 hours to complete. It consists of ten training modules; these include lessons in the form of presentations, videos and animations, interspersed with engaging activities and exercises.
The bitesize modules are approx. 30-minutes each so can easily be completed around other commitments and don’t have to be completed at the same time.
Delegates will be continuously assessed throughout the course with knowledge checks and quizzes to ensure they have captured the learning needed.
Delegates have 60 days to complete the course.
What devices are compatible?
The course can be viewed on any device with an internet connection including desktop, laptop or tablet. Audio equipment is required (headphones/speakers).
This course is also available to study on a classroom basis at one of our 6 UK training venues. Or if you have a team of 4 or more auditors it can be taught on an in-house basis at your company premises.
