Course description

Gain a comprehensive commentary on Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and other earlier and proposed Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) initiatives with this innovative and engaging course.

By 2025, 122 countries are expected to start automatic information exchanges. It's more important than ever that you have up-to-date technical knowledge and effective tools for implementation and compliance. This course reviews the current reporting requirements in detail, including Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS), and comprehensively summarises previous initiatives.
