Wasn't really sure what to expect, but I learned a lot!

I honestly had little idea what this class would be like and was very pleasantly impresses with the content. I felt engaged for the entire day.

Use less instruction and more practical exercises, training, coaching. Most have taken similar courses, but just need more polish, techniques, coaching…

Thank you for taking time to teach us these methods. I got many great ideas of how to build effective presentations. The EBC concept is something I'll continue to refine.

I most enjoyed the body and eye coaching portion of the class.

It was a bit intimidating.

One minor suggestion is to include an Agenda for the class ahead of time. Would have liked to prepare in advanced for the class exercises.

Great instructor. Content might not apply to all brand teams. Would have preferred this during mid-summer.

It was a great session to enhance my communication and presentation skills. Instructor was motivating and very positive throughout. I enjoyed the experience!

I would've really appreciated more formatting-structure advice. Kathleen had some great pointer in our one-on-one discussions that I really wish were part of the curriculum.

Good information. Especially the building blocks and body language. Some of the content is not tailored to highly technical presentations but the majority was useful.
