The BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is an internationally recognised certification that enables candidates to validate their knowledge, skills and ability.
The Diploma is designed for business and IT professionals who want to demonstrate they have a detailed understanding of business analysis best practice and sets a standard against which business analysts may be assessed.
To gain the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, you will need to study and pass these four courses and complete one 50 minute BCS video interview, this includes:
- BCS Business Analysis Foundation
- BCS Business Analysis Practitioner
- BCS Practitioner in Modelling Business Processes
- BCS Practitioner in Requirements Engineering Practitioner
- BCS International Diploma - Preparation and Interview.
You'll gain a BCS professional certificate for each course you pass and the BCS International Diploma Certification (a total of 5 qualifications), plus Pass Assist - our unique package of learner support, plus one year free BCS membership (new members only), plus one year of access to the BCS library of digital business and technology books.
You will be taught by our instructor, Soni, who has over 20 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Defence, Banking, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, and IT.

Course delivery details
It usually takes a minimum of 12 days to prepare for the exam if you are planning your study, though we advise you to take a break between courses.
This is an on demand course, if you would prefer live training, this course will be delivered over twelve days and we recommend planning in time for revision.

Soni is a BCS Accredited Business Analysis trainer with over 20 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst complimented with a MEng degree in Computer Science. In addition, she has experience of project management, enterprise architecture and agile project delivery. Her career as a senior business analyst has involved delivering large digital transformation programmes for both government and corporate organisations in a variety of sectors such as Defence, Banking, Cyber Security, Telecommunications, and IT. She is passionate about the value & importance of business analysis in bridging the gap between Business & technology.
